Who is responsible?

What and why
We process contact, delivery, order, withdrawal, correspondence, consent and security information. We do so to perform a contract, meet legal duties, protect our legitimate interests in service and fraud prevention and—with consent—send the Giant in the Paint Drop Alert.
Sharing
Data is shared only where needed with providers such as Stripe, hosting services and shipping carriers, or where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order and financial records are normally retained for seven years to meet Dutch tax-administration duties. Checkout reservations expire after 30 minutes; related unpaid order data is removed or anonymised when no longer needed for support or fraud prevention. Service and withdrawal correspondence is normally retained for up to two years after closure, unless a claim requires longer retention. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn, after which only a minimal suppression record may remain to respect the opt-out.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to certain processing. Email info@gipsportscards.nl. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies and security
Functional storage may operate the site and remember choices. Optional analytics or marketing cookies will not be activated without required consent. Appropriate safeguards are used to protect data.
