2. Products and condition
Sportscards are sold individually unless stated otherwise. Photos form an important part of the description. Normal print, centering and surface variations can occur. Known material defects are described or shown as clearly as reasonably possible.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. VAT is exempt under the Dutch small businesses scheme (KOR), so VAT is not charged or stated separately. The total, including the selected shipping service, is shown before payment. An order is final after successful payment confirmation. Stripe processes payments; we do not store complete payment-card details.
4. Availability
Most cards are unique. A cart does not guarantee availability. Checkout may create a temporary reservation. After confirmed payment the card is removed from available stock automatically.
5. Shipping
Shipping cost and service depend on destination and selected protection. Delivery estimates are indications. The customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address.
6. Returns
Consumers may normally withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receipt. Use our online withdrawal form or send an unambiguous statement by email. The procedure, conditions and costs are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
7. Complaints
Report damage, an incorrect item or another problem promptly, preferably with clear photos of the packaging and card. We aim to respond within two working days.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protection in the customer's country remains unaffected.
